He uses imperfection
God works in mysterious ways. He gave life to humans only to be deceived and betrayed. He chose imperfect people to be His disciples. He loves liars, bums, persecutors, murderers, and unbelievers. And how amazing is it that He chose to love me and use me for His glory?
My existence’s significance is not yet revealed in this weary world. I am yet to become what He has in plan for me. Imperfect as I may seem. Untrustworthy as I may be. A mere human who has a lot of shortcomings. A girl who has the world yet to unfold in front of her very eyes. An amateur and an immature when it comes to the basics of life. But despite all these, God chose to work and mold me just like He did with the life of great leaders that were the key to the success of the world right now. He chose me just like them to be one of the molders of the future generations.
You too are under God’s construction. Yes, believe me or not, whatever you are now, no matter how high you are up in the ladder of life, God has a purpose for you. You may feel lost but for sure, in His time, you will be found; just like how he found me and everyone else who are enjoying the bounty of his provision.
As empty as we may be, as useless as we may get, God still has the ways of filling us and directing us toward our destiny which is based on his great plan. After all, if God didn’t use imperfect people, He wouldn’t have anyone to work for him.
