Kid's Basketball

Now, who says second grade basketball national tournaments don't exist. Oh yes. It does! Well, it really does. And this was featured in Time magazine.

Amateur Athletic Union is a multi-sport organization that is dedicated to the promotion of amateur sports programs. For years since its establishment in 1888, AAU has been there to mold young players and fire their passion in sports.

I myself was a bit shocked to find out that young boys and girls as early as 6 already focus on sports, and their parents are much more into it. Parents were even left moping after their kid's team were defeated and the amazing thing was that their kids forgot all about the defeat and were all running around like nothing major happened.
